"My wife and I spent a few days in Kashmir on a tour organised by Travel Connection. The whole winter program was meticulously planned and executed by Travel Connection. We had an absolutely fabulous time there, from the ski slopes of Gulmarg, through the Mughal gardens, to the calm waters of Dal Lake with colorful houseboats and numerous merchants in the lake and on its shore.
Our guide Javeed and the driver were wonderful, courteous and extremely helpful. Five stars to them and to Travel Connection who made the trip a journey to remember for a long time."
We used Travel Connection and hired a guide and driver for 2 weeks including Himalayas, Delhi, Jaipur, agra and Tiger Safari. It was the most amazing trip of our lives! Travel Connection took care of all details....from airport pickup to airport drop off. Every detail they outlined was perfect. It was our birthdays and they arranged special events at hotels and gave us lovely gifts...multiple times! I highly recommend. The guides and drivers were superb too.
Recently had a four day holiday with my wife in Indias Golden Triangle. Travel Connection did a nice job of organising the tour. Geet in the Jaipur office was professional well informed and helpful. The driver who looked after us and with whom we spent the majority of our time was particularly efficient helpful and caring. Our guides in Agra and Jaipur Amit and Varji were knowledgeable personable and helpful. We loved our time there and would have no hesitation in recommending Travel Connection to others planning holidays in India. The hotels the vehicle and the rest of what Travel Connection provided met all expectations. We hope at some stage return to this exciting country.
"We spent three weeks touring India with Travel Connection - two weeks in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Karataka and Rajasthan. The third week was quite a different and most enjoyable experience in Kerala.
After nearly 40 hours of exhausting travel from Vancouver Island (Canada), we were delighted at our warm welcome from Rajendra at the Delhi airport (driver who became our friend over the next two weeks). Raj greeted us warmly, complete with a bouquet of flowers for Bev! Likewise, we enjoyed a similar warm greeting from Dennis, our driver in Kerala, who greeted us two weeks later, with another bouquet! Dennis helped ensure our safety and good health throughout our time in Kerala.
To describe Indian traffic as chaotic is perhaps an understatement. We truly appreciated the safety in Raj's and Dennis' professional driving and their helpful suggestions each day.
Chahat, tour coordinator, was also in touch each day, helping with our schedules, providing flexibility and ensuring that we were well looked after. Thanks much for your attention to so many details, Chahat!"
"We had a tour of The Indian Golden Triangle booked with a tour company. 3 days before we were due to fly to Delhi the tour company informed us they had gone out of business and the tour would not be happening. We had our flights from Toronto to Delhi and back to Toronto booked.
In desperation we contacted Travel Connection and, in particular, Pinki Ray. Over the next 48 hours, despite the 10 and half hour time difference, she and we communicated back and forth. In this time Pinki created an itinerary, booked hotels, arranged a driver and confirmed local guides. Every detail was meticulously planned. We cannot thank Pinki and BoutIndia enough. We must also thank Geetanshi of Travel Connection. At the end of each day we received a message from her enquiring how the day went and informing us details and what to expect for the following day.
Once we landed in Delhi we were met by our driver for the next two weeks, Mr. Mahendra Pratap Singh. Mahendra cared for us like family, and we felt safe and secure in his care. All local guides were knowledgeable and provided an insight into the history and background of each of the many fascinating and beautiful places we visited. We fell in love with this fascinating country, with its history, culture and food, but in particular, the people.

My boyfriend and I didn’t know what to expect when we planned a trip to India to attend a friends wedding. Travel Connection made our trip seamless and unforgettable from start to finish. From Akansha who carefully planned our Golden Triangle tour of North India and our day tours of Kerala, to Geet who made sure we always had a point of contact with someone from the company during the day to day, to our drivers, Mr. Singh and Jackson, the experience was unbelievable. The hotels and guides were amazing, and we feel so grateful that we were able to see this country from the eyes of such knowledgeable guides. "Just returned from our Nepal/Golden Triangle tour and had the most amazing experience. Travel Connections teamwork is commendable. It is evident since everything went seamlessly…things just fell into place like a puzzle. Special shout out to Pinki and Chahat for all your help and expertise. All the local guides were enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Our skillful driver, Sonuji navigated the heavily congested streets to our destinations safely. Travel Connection took care of every little detail, all we had to do was pack our bags and soak in the experience.

We booked an independent 28 day travel itinerary through Travel Connection. The trip was wonderful and hassle free. We were met by a driver/guide at every point of embarkation and spent our time visiting UNESCO World Heritage Sites through out India. Our hotels, food, guides, drivers and itinerary were terrific. We had someone checking on us every few days (Geet) to make sure everything was going according to plan. I highly recommend Travel Connection for scheduling a personalized itinerary!
We booked our tour around Rajasthan, Golden Triangle and Kerala with Travel Conection. The agency took excellent care of us. Everything was organised so well and we felt in very safe hands. In each destination our tour guides and drivers were friendly, experienced and extremely knowledgeable, and on the whole the hotels were of a very good standard and quality. The agency organised lots of amazing activities for us to do such as visiting palaces, forts, temples, cultural shows, jungle treks, jeep safaris, tea plantation visits and backwater cruising. The staff at Travel Connection are very helpful and were always in contact. We knew we could get assistance when it was needed. Special thanks to Geetanshi who supported us in our hour of need after a scheduled flight cancellation meant we needed emergency accommodation, and kept in touch with us throughout. Travel Connection were a great choice to guide us on our first trip around India! Highly recommend ⭐️
From the conception of our trip to Nepal and India till we boarded our flight back home, Travel Connection guided us each and every step of the way. As a group of 4 female tourists we felt completely safe and well taken care of. Akansha was our fabulous email trip organiser back and forth from Aus, and then the lovely Geet when in India. We had Sonu as our driver for 10days, he was fabulous. Parvin was out Dehli guide very knowledgeable,friendly great sense of humour. Must mention Anil as our guide in Agra, he took sensational photos of us at the Taj Mahal and is a v good guide. Mr Sharma guided us marvellously through the chaos of the Jaipur markets and Surya Paliwal was our guide for rest of Jaipur- he was funny,knowledgeable and a lovely guy. We were guided expertly by Mr Kamalsee in Udaipur with Bikram as our wonderful driver in the amazing Mumbai traffic.
All details were taken care of: water and snacks in our tour minibus, prepaid skip the line into all sightseeing, our special requests actioned with great humour and good guidance re tipping,beggars, etiquette when we were unsure.
Would definitely recommend and use Travel Connection again if we decide to see the South of India."
Their guides we would never have known to visit the amazing caves, iconic buildings and experiences we discovered. From the Mumbai slums to the grandeur of the Mini Taj Mahal..pretty much everything was unexpected and of great interest. They checked in with us several times a day and handled many last minute changes with a can do smile. When you travel afar you hope for a safe friendly pair of hands. Highly recommend.
